There are three conveyors one before the load cell (infeed conveyor) along with metal detector, one mounted on the load cell (Weighing Conveyor) and the third after the load cell (Out feed Conveyor). The speeds of all three belt type conveyors will be same but to avoid the vibration the third one mounted /grounded separately and the third one is also of Belt Type conveyor. There are two sensors, first sensor is mounted in line to infeed conveyor, and second one is inline to out-feed conveyor. The first sensor senses and gives the signal to load cell to weigh the product and passes the information to PLC and gives signal to check the weight. The second sensor senses the exit of the weighed product and also gives the decision for acceptance and rejection of product as per set weight to PLC & Solenoid Valve.
